Short Biography of Annamaria Cucinotta

 

From December 2002 I am Research Professor at the Information Engineering Department (DII) of the University of Parma. I teach the Courses of "Antennas" and "Photonic Devices A" for the Laurea Course and Laurea Specialistica Course in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering.

 

From January 1999 to December 2002 I was a Post-doc Student at the DII, University of Parma.

 

In January 1999 I got my Ph.D. in Information Technology  from the University of Parma, discussing a thesis with title "Modelling and Experimental Characterization of Rare-Earth Optical Amplifiers".

 

From November 1995 to November 1998  I was a Ph.D. student at the Information Engineering Department (DII) of the University of Parma, under the supervision of Prof. M. Zoboli.

 

In July 1995 I received the "Laurea" degree (5-year program) in Physics ``summa cum laude'' from the University of Parma, Parma, Italy discussing a thesis with title EXFAS Spectroscopy in Complex Systems (in Italian).
