Knowledge Management System

- Description
- Development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) capable of storing great volumes of documents from a variety of sources (web pages, RSS feeds, social networks, ...), entirely based on open-source technologies. Documents can be susequently searched for through a custom search web interface or ad-hoc designed REST APIs, based on the open-source search server Apache Solr. An administrative interface offers several analysis tools on the corpus, with aggregate views from different perspectives (e.g., time, geographical, source breakdowns). The KMS allows to create custom agents for document filtering through Apache Lucene query language.
